Kazakhstan’s Senate approves the Central Asian nation’s version of a bill to outlaw so-called “LGBT propaganda” after it sails through the lower house;  Robert F. Kennedy’s U.S. Health and Human Services Department virtually bans federally-funded gender-affirming healthcare for trans patients under the age of 18; the U.S. Food & Drug Administration warns breast binder makers and sellers that they could be violating laws against pediatric gender-affirming care;  the Republican-controlled U.S. House passes Marjorie Taylor Greene’s bill to criminalize parents and caregivers who provide pediatric gender-affirming healthcare, while Congress members also advance a measure to prohibit Medicaid from paying for gender-affirming care for trans patients under the age of 18; the Randolph County, North Carolina Board of Commissioners disbands its 9-member Library Board for approving for the children’s shelves a picture book about a trans boy coming to terms with his true gender identity entitled “Call Me Max”; and St. Petersburg, Florida lawmakers proudly respond to state and federal orders to demolish all rainbow crosswalks by installing multi-colored bike racks (written by GREG GORDON, TANYA KANE-PARRY and LUCIA CHAPPELLE, produced by BRIAN DeSHAZOR, and reported this week by NICO RAQUEL and MICHAEL LEBEAU).
